This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here and now when we are planning to come to Manchester (2 or 3 times a year), i don’t bother looking elsewhere. Profits are pumped back into youth projects. The hotel is just as good as any other around the same price. There is parking available. The location is good. Why would I go anywhere else?

This last visit, I asked for a different room due to a medical issue and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. See you next time!
