Here at the Y Club you can choose from over 70 classes every week.
Maybe you prefer classes such as Yoga or Pilates or maybe a more high energy class such as Zumba®, Body Pump®, Aerobics, Spin, Circuit Training or Combat. The Y Club also offers sporting activities such as Badminton, Volleyball, 5-a-Side Football and Basketball. Whatever your age, fitness level or circumstances we have sessions to suit you. You do not have to book for classes at the club.
