The Bridgewater Suite
The Bridgewater Suite is a bright airy facility with air-conditioning and full blackout facilities. The room can be easy divided into two for breakout sessions, either before you arrive or at a moments notice. The suite itself measures 9meters by 6.5 meters and can accommodate a number of different layouts. As a theatre, it can accommodate 60 delegates, as a dining room 40 can be seated or as a boardroom layout, 25. For a U-shape 18 can be seated and 20 in either a classroom layout or for a cabaret. Please let us know at the time of booking how you would like to use the suite so we can plan the room accordingly.
The Wharf Suite
The Wharf Suite is smaller than the Bridgewater Suite and therefore is designed for smaller meetings. Its maximum capacity in a theatre layout is 30 or 14 in a boardroom design and 15 for dining.
The suite measures 8.7m by 4.1m metres and benefits from having its own breakout area, air conditioning and plenty of natural daylight. As will all our conference facilities, room rates include flipchart, paper and pens.
